Dispute Resolution
Narayan Chamber of Law and Policy provides various services under the law of arbitrations, such as:

Litigation
Narayan Chambers of Law and Policy has extensive experience of handling a gamut of cases in original as well as appellate sides relating to civil, commercial, consumer and general litigation. We appear in various Courts, Regulators, Quasi-Judicial and Administrative Authorities in Delhi. These Include: Delhi High Court, Tis Hazari Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National, State and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rent Controller Court, Rent Control Tribunal, among others.
We advise and represent our clients at all stages of litigation (including pre-litigation) and develop unique strategies as per the situation. Considerable time is spent strategizing a litigation, which we believe is the key to a successful, time and cost-effective outcome.
Policy Research
This is an emerging area of work for Narayan Chamber of Law and Policy, which has been setup with the mission to undertake evidence-based research and conduct inclusive stakeholder consultations, to suggest policy reforms.
Our initial focus is on the Information and Communication Technology (ICT), given its potential to contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and drive inclusive growth. We work on areas pertaining to ICT for Development (ICT4D), privacy and data protection, using data for good, curbing the spread of problematic content online, awareness generation and capacity building of the general populace on safe uptake and usage of digital technology tools, among others pressing issues.
Policy Advocacy
Narayan Chambers of Law and Policy undertakes research-based policy advocacy to inform law and policy makers on required reforms. We drive public policy discourse through various tools and outputs and adopt a multi-pronged strategy to build positive narratives towards our work. Adopting an outcome driven approach, we engage with relevant ministries and departments to advocate for the suggested policy reforms.
